Security at Bank Orange

Bnk Orange holds a European banking license and the security of your accounts is our priority.

Our funds are protected by numerous security measures and your deposits made to your Bnk Orange account are guaranteed up to €100,000 by the German Deposit Protection Fund, in accordance with European Union directives.

To protect your account, we also invite you to be vigilant and to respect simple security measures: do not keep a written version of your password or your PIN code, connect to your Bank Orange online space only from a trusted computer, and avoid public Wi-Fi networks. In addition, make sure that your anti-virus software on your computer is up to date, and that you are using the latest available version of the Bank Orange application on your phone.

Phishing is a technique used to recover your login credentials or personal information using fake emails, SMS, calls, or websites impersonating your bank. To protect yourself, avoid clicking on links in an email or on a site that seems suspicious to you and do not share any information. We will never ask you for your password or PIN. If you have any doubts, we invite you to contact our Customer Service immediately.

Think your account security has been compromised? Immediately contact our Customer Service from the Livechat of your application.

If you have other questions or want to know more about the security measures implemented by Bank Orange, you will find more information on our Support Center.
